  • A standalone website is a terrible idea due to no one knowing it exists.

Unfortunately, the only two sites known for videogame funding are Kickstarter and Indiegogo.
Both of which use the same payment provider "Stripe,"  And they encourage   a very limited country support.

We are currently located in Dubai, UAE, which is not supported.

Due to a really poor development/funding experience, we may end up moving to a more videogame friendly country in the future.

After all... making a standalone website was a final resort, it should have never come to this.

  • Unfortunately No, buying another tier will simply give you double rewards .

Upgrades require the user to make an account and login...

We feel like this could make many people angry, and its not worth it to alienate most people in pursuit of more funding.

If you wish to help out more you can always get a copy for a friend!

  • A fixed goal simply means all or nothing, that the entire amount is refunded if target is not reached within X amount of time.

Flexible goal allow us to utilize any funded amount for the development, even if $50,000 has not been reached yet and no timer is needed anymore.

Any funds we get we won't use until at least 14 days after payment; this should make refunds easier.

  • Because we believe that any amount below 50k will still help us get the game where it needs to go or at least get better partners.

Also, it may or may not be due to how complicated the "all or nothing" pledge system is to implement for a standalone website.

We have no plans to abandon this game regardless of funding, But less funding will result in much slower development as we cant afford to hire more devs.

If you need a refund you can always contact us and request one!

  • When it's done or we run out of funding whichever comes first!

We would never give an exact date because this will encourage rushing things and will impact the game's quality.

  • Not at launch, but at some point based on sale numbers it may be released on the PS6 and XBOX Three X.

  • Yes!

We will make sure to playtest the game on the steamdeck for launch.

Our game settings go all the way down to potato level which should run
on any PC, As long as it has an 8 thread cpu that is fast enough to handle running our block decompression code.

  • No.

Will the game be released on Mac?
  • The reason we never mentioned it in the campaign is because we don't like to make promises we can't keep.

The background code that handles the game is very complex, it may be possible to do a 2 player multiplayer or even 4 players but without extensive testing we cant confirm anything.

We may add PVP combat modes in the future that are separate from the main world, but not as funding goals.

  • It's not ethical to give players any in-game advantage over others no matter what the financial incentive is.

We struggled a lot to come up with stuff that wont impact direct gameplay.

  • Usually it's 1 or 2 weeks before the game release.
A copy of the game is given to outlets for review, You can join in with them

    and play the game.

There is no other way of playing the game before release, the reward is exclusive to the campaign.

  • 1- The statue will be of a late game boss which may or may not be in the game by early access! We don't want to spoil a boss before hand.

2- At launch we would rather focus on testing and polishing for the main game to make sure all is in order, focusing on physical items and the logistics of it all will distract from our main goal.

We will make sure to ship the Collector’s Edition as soon as possible whenever the boss is added to the game.

  • There will be a limit of 1000 for the statue, if all are purchased during the campaign then there will be none to sell otherwise.

If not all are sold then will see what we can do after launch.

  • When the time comes, A link for a shipping fee will be sent to your order email.

The fee will be 10$ to 40$ based on area, The maximum you could pay is 40$

    Plus tax of your country.

If shipping is too expensive "over 40$" in your area, Then we will just pay the extra cost.

It will be restricted to certain countries for ease of shipping.
We will be partnering with fulfillment centers to make sure the Collector’s Edition finds you.

  • It's a transition state between a game you can play but is not finished, and the fully released feature complete game.

Used usually by poor studious like us because we cant afford to develop the entire game in one go, Or AAA studios to calculate potential sales in order to determine how much to invest in the final product.

The Final Keeper will be released on early access here:
